DC Resourcing employ a standard process when screening and selecting prospective employees. Local DCR Representatives personally interview and induct each individual applicant prior to engaging them in works at any site through our Induction Process.

DCR maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date database of current employees who are work ready, have verified competencies, are reference checked and medically screened.
